god damn superhub since latest update

Finaly got this sorted, after spending 1.5 hours talking to some one on the other side of the world who could barely speak english and barely understand me. I phoned retentions and within 10 mins i was connected to a wales based team and magicaly all my problems went away after he sent some signals to my superhub it now works just as it did before.

2nd/3rd line support is in Swansea mate. Afaik more of vm is moving offshore.

Also 1st line follow a script so ask them something outside of that and they're fooked
