giganews not working on virgin?

I'm on virgin and not able to ping news.giganews.com, tracert times out after UBR. Can anyone tell me if they're getting the same please? pings fine on orange 3g.

Virgin support are insisting giganews is down...

I want to watch Lost!

Finished my phone call after 40 minutes. He said they had identified a routing issue and it has been escalated to another team. I have a ticket number which he was reluctant to give me and should be resolved in 24/48 hours. Can't find any other sites which are affected.

Just pinged giganews and works fine here on Virgin Media 20mb BB.

Ive never had problems with giganews on Virgin
