general programmme to read write funcards

hi guys
seems cards are the talk of the day
been tryin to get a mates box up and running again now using tit2 put the image i use on a rom 10 mosc that works perfect for me but doesent give channels for him ime sure i tested this image on a tit2 first and all sung very well then put it on a rom 10 mosc and all is still well
so he has a funcard four and a uncased progger from jabs can anyone point me in the direction of the program to write funcards as i have searched quite avidly but still not found the program yet and remember hearing of it on this site so thought this was the place to ask
