christmas is coming and not sure which console to get the boy he's 12 he has the ps1 at the moment . i know the ps2 is good as i have played it please just some advise as to what one to get him

it would help if it could be chipped i cant do it though .
and i must be able to get games from net (obviously i meant buying and not downloading as its illegal LOL)
which do you think is the best console for graphics and games availabilty
