fun card problems

ive been given a funcard 4 to do for a friend of a friend (picture attached)
ive got the ird and bk from the card but when i reprogram it it wont update and all the scrambled channels stay black (no message).
Thought it could be the card as when put in infinity unlimited says it a fun2 but it says fun 4 on the card,never seen one of these before.

Thinking it was the card tried doin an atmega with the ape2 flash which all my other boxes are using fine but still no joy.
Also checked ird with nagra code in em and it matches ok
Anyone got any sugestions before i try the jtag route (solder jtag:FRIGHT

try changing the rights date as they recently expired depending on what image u r using for the fun

cheers but using the chaos v3 which ive used on any cards ive done were the dates expired and not had no problems

try using rhv1 for exteep see if this works

finished jtagging and got the REAL bk
box up and running now with funcard.
Think the f**kers trying to pull a fast one,he managed to get ird but obviously f***ed it when getting the bk so expects me to get it for him!!
Dont think i'll tell him his new pin number lol
