from HDD to disc?

i have configurable usb loader on my Wii for the kids, and generally when they want a game, ill 'get' it, rip it to the hdd, then the disc will go up the missus house to play the wii up there.

one of the discs has vanished, but i have the game ripped on my hdd

is there a tut anywhere on how to get the smaller ripped game off the HDD, convert it back to a full sized iso on the PC so i can burn it to disc again?

i think wii backup manager does it, just click convert to iso..
