Free the tuner

Don't think i've ever seen anyone ask this before, but is there a simple way to recover the tuner after streaming from it?
i normally stream from my vu+ uno to the laptop or ipad when in the house, but when you go back to the box it only shows the last channel you were watching,
the others come back with no free tuner.
the only way around it has been to reboot the box.

On the ipad/iphone, use only istreamgate app, its the only one who correctly releases the tuner after a stream!
VuPlayer or DreamBoxLive dont have this release and tend to crash the box!
