Rab are you saying your card didn't have the £10 on it?
There should be a slip of paper in it "Getting Started" and on that it it tells you what to do after your £10 runs out.
The 3 cards we received had the credit on it.

no m8 I bought my daughter a new t-mobile phone and that did not come with any credit so I can use this new one instead.
