flashing the sb4100, help needed!

hi folks, when trying to flash the motorola sb4100 i get the following...

Sending reset request...ok
Waiting for CM to boot...ok
Retrieving CM MAC address...ok (00D059EB3F32)
Sending NetBoot request...ok
Adding 192.168.100.10 IP to adapter...error ('One or more arguments are not correct.. ')
Starting FTP server...error (can't bind to 192.168.100.10)

any ideas anyone? thanks in advance!

it seems something else might be still using the address... if more than 1 nic disable the 1 thats not in use and did set the nic to static ip 192.168.100.10/192.168.100.1 u
u could also do ipconfig/release in cmd prompt then repair the nic, if its still failing and see if that helps...
