Only a thought and this may have been discussed previously but is it not theoreticly possible to rip the flash or channell line up thats on for example a pace box, add the new channell line up to it for example again sky 9 then do an anti update mod off sorts to stop it from downloading again.
I expect this would be something to do with the atties again on a pace but surely from people that do logs or use other hardware like dreambox etc doing or adding a complete channel scan to a pace box would give all the channels that at present require pin no's or of for any future changes? Just going by all the extra channels that I can recieve from my silverbox.
Has anyone with the knowledge attempted or even considered this approach.Ideally something like the old cube or some way of remapping via rs232 would be a great approach again if possible !!!
