I have a 32G flash drive currently formatted to FAT32, but as you know you can't transfer files bigger than 4g over.

The movie I have to transfer over is 9.5g so won't copy. If I format it to NTFS it will copy but then wont be recognised in my panasonic blueray 3d player.

Any ideas anyone?

I use xillisoft video converter to change my 3d films to .avi they normally drop from 17gb to anything between 3gb to 4 gb with no loss in quality.

i normal just split the. mkv file into 3.5gb splits and transfer

Depends what the bluray player will support. What about a Mac format? HFS+

If it's compatible use something like Mac Drive on Windows

Nope I haven't tried exfat pob, I'll try it now :)

I've just updated the firmware on the dvd player but no such joy yet :(

Have you tried formatting to exFAT?

There is an outside chance that there is a firmware update to add a file system that supports larger file sizes.

You're a star pob, exfat worked a treat :)

Cheers all for the help :)
