I'm finally going for it and going to propose to the other half. Well it has been 11 years

I found the site firebug diamonds on the net with some competitive prices and looks legit. Called customer services and they're based in Leicester. The only trouble i got was when trying to make the purchase.
My card issuer blocked the transaction and called me to say the company was based in India???? WTF
The only info i can find about the company is that they're registered with Quidco and have sponsored the williams F1 team. They also have a company registration number 616650, but i have no idea how to check this.
Can anyone shed a little light on this company???
