Hey guys just had this issue happen to me though I would post this incase anyone else has had the same issue....

it happened to me once on the xbox., i just make sure i save everytime

It's a little more than just freezing once mate it completely screws up your ps3 pretty much bricks the media reader.

Just had it happen to me I have a replacement being sent out wednesday.
