Can i use filezilla on my starview box to put on the latet keys.

you enter keys in uing your remote

if your box is connected via the lan, then this should be an option.

I could do, but I dont know what the keys are to where to find them. I still looking for them, I have filezilla to start with, I was just making sure.

I guess they are just numbers.

why don't you flash yuor box with the latest fix you will not have any key problems

On a Dreambox, they live in /var/keys. This may help you a bit.
