Software File recovery

Been asked by a friend to try and recover a file of photos they deleted from the recycle bin, I have done this in the past but can't remember what Prog I used, any suggestions ?

I use EASUS, its brilliant. There are others that work tho. EASUS is my choice at the moment.

Cheers, not heard of that one, does the free version work or should I find a cracked pro version ?

Cheers, ran the deleted file recovery option and it found loads but not the folder I was after, started running the complete recovery and went to vbed, only to come down this morning to discover easeus had stopped working, due to an error.....

Like Busta said above try Recuva, free and thorough. It recovers most if not all lost/deleted files, you might want to try the deep search option although it can take a while.

And on a plus point you can integrate it into the Recycle Bin, which should make your task a bit simpler
