Skybox F5s F5 skybox wont flash

Hi, got a Skybox f5s thats failing to start up. I've tried re-flashing it but all i'm getting is a stb memory fault.
I've successfully re-flashed a couple of v8's without any problems but this seems to be throwing up the memory fault every time. Tried swooping the usb cable onto other com ports in case its that, even though its worked with the other box's on comm port 2 (tried all 4 of my usb slots with the rs232 cable) but still no joy.

Forgot to put on that the box has the flashing 8 on the display along with a red dot and nothing else.

hi ad that on when look at the board there was a chip on that ad blow look at that I only ad a very dim red light on the front display
