Ingredients
250g of rice,
200 grams of shrimp,
100 grams of peas
a handful of walnuts,
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon of curry,
Salt
Pepper
Method
Boil the rice in salted water, drain it al dente, cool it in the fridge for 1 hour or so.
Fry the peas with shrimp, salt and pepper.
Boiled for 1 minute the walnuts and cut it into small pieces in a mortar.
Melt a teaspoon of curry powder in a glass of water.
Add peas, shrimp, and chopped nuts to the rice.
Add the glass of water with dissolved curry and soy sauce and mix together.
Put in the fridge for half an hour and serve.
