Can anybody help me evertime i do an update or scan a single frequency my channels go back in alphabetical order and it takes hours to put them back

EG channel 1 bbc1
channel2 bbc2

Id appreciate any hlp on this matter

Can you not save the channel list to your pc then when you update just download it back to the box... I know the older software just added the channels to the bottom of your existing channels.....Not tried to update the channels on the new pvr yet..

just a thought mate couldnt you just set up the channels you want in your favourites. but the only problem with that is you wouldnt be able to power scan because you would loose them
