Eurovox help please !

Hi all,

New to this and will try and get straight to the point ! Have had Eurovox max for about year and a half, can update with the codes when needed, but i put the new codes in last night, and the message on screen now reads "channel not currently available", and on eurovox displays "0000", please help !

Just flash latest software on and it will update itself

Ok thanks for reply, i am very new to this, i have sussed out i will need to buy a cable to link box up to computer, any suggestions where to go and which one i will need ?? As i have never done this before, is there a downloadable file i can get to talk me through the process of flashing the box (idiot proof !)
