eurovox channel problem

My m8 got a eurovox from a shop in manchester this week. I have installed 3 of these recently for pals which are all fine. Following the initial scan a box came up saying 'updating keys' (or summat like that). On checking the channels some of the premiums (porn to be exact) show only the adverts on screen. On the list of channels there is no program information, just the name of the channel. He can receive a couple of channels ok like televisionx. On the ones he can't get I pressed the info button and the EPG said 'scrambled'. I am presuming this may not have updated the latest keys or something? Cable is my expertise so any assistance with this problem would be appreciated? Thanks.

They dont show any pron until after 10pm also check the channels called tvch1,tvch2,etc as some will most probably be on them.

Thanks i'll try them. It was after 10pm when we checked last night. It's the 'scrambled' thing that is bothering me? Plus, the other one I fitted the other day works fine?

all the porn channels are on tv1 tv2 tv3 etc after 10pm on my eurovox like Fergalsworld said not that i watch porn on them: whip :

Every channel says scrambled (maybe not free to air ones never checked). I assume it just means that its a scrambled channel, which they all are, and the box unscrambles it which is what the box is for, wouldnt worry about it. There are 2 channels for porn one that just shows an advert screen all the time then the proper channel which as others have said you'll find on tv1 tv2... etc.
