errors retrieving the files on dreambox

well.. i keep receiving the following error (there were errors retrieving the files on dreambox. check the log for information) while using dreamboxedit on my dm800..
IN the log it gets the following error:
error retrieving file "userbouquet.dbeb7.tv"from the dreambox.
Disconnecting..
Has any one come across this, if so any solution?

not had that prob are you sure you have it set up right as db edit works different for the 800 make sure you have the new one google it and you will get the new one if you dont already have it

make you have enigma 2 set and the path is correct.

sorted.. just resent settings to box and the i was able to use dbedit again..
