hi all

hope u had a nice xmas.


I have pace 4001nc in pure was working ok. switched it off and now stuck on ER20.

my signal good cause 2nd box same type working ok
tried leaving red jumper off overnite no work
tried new tuner no work
can not get into eng menu
no force boot

any 1 know how to fix it


any help thank u in advance

err20 is no feed i would imagine the net id is not correct but saying that pure should set itself

the feed is fine cause the second same box works fine

Have to say err 20 is feed. Try the 2nd box in the same feed. If working then tuner prob gone.

Hi

If you know feed is fine just leave it connected for a while, these 4001 are a bit of a pain at times, if you leave it connected might just correct itself.
