epg problem

Hi,
Does anyones epg work all the time coz on the 2 boxes i've got it only works randomly and it seems to be either in the morning or the evening that it'll work
Could there be a signal issue that stops it from working or could it be like the old eurovox boxes where it was fixed with a software update

i think they are all the same at the moment m8, it may be fixed in future updates.
