EPG not populating

Good evening every one

can anybody suggest why when I press epg on remote it says please wait gathering data. then the epg comes on but only shows now and next on the program that is being viewed

In Plugins I have CrossEPG Downloader, when I ok this I get message bar saying "running scrip MediasetPremium (IT) ".
This takes about two minutes I dont understand what its doing.
I have a TM Twin and using Vix image
If anyone can help or direct me to a how to thread it would be greatly appreciated.

Had this problem with my twin a while back m8,

Have you told the box to save epg to HD/USB ??
Have you selected 28.2 in "opentv" providers and downloaded the epg data ?
