encore +1

My 800se is missing ITV Encore +1 EPG, its been like that for a few weeks now anyone know what's happening

Been like it ages, my TM says channel has ceased in epg though still transmits.

ITV Encore +1 is still on air but off the EPG

ITV reused its' slot for ITV Be.

Also 5*+1 which is currently off EPG.

I found an 5* +1 with EPG last night in last scanned section
