DSi v1.4 firmware - do R4i cards still work?

Will an R4i card work with a DSi that's been updated to v1.4 firmware?

Last time I checked the answer was no.

However, the R4 team released a video of backups loading on firmware 1.4 last week.

Well I guess I'll have to wait and see if updated software becomes available as I just had a quick look at my daughters birthday present (DSi) and updated the firmware to 1.4 without thinking.

It's my son's birthday today but I bought the DSi on the same day the 1.4 update was released, thank God I Googled some info before setting up the wireless, lol

So we're still safe on 1.3

Lol, I'm sure there will be a fix in the near future.

I've bought her a couple of carts to keep her going anyway as I couldn't rely on the R4i arriving in time.
