I had it up to 99% a couple of times
I even left it downloading over night

I guess I will just keep trying
 
redone mine and im finding it still quite unstable, was ok for 20 mins or so and just keeps cutting off every few minutes again.
 
I had the same problem with my friends A780 box when trying to update through the box and after a lot of searching most peoples advice was to download it between the hours of 12am and 8am due to the amount of people trying to get it at once
 
Will this work on the installation menu without using cables? Does it improve the service.
 
am struggling with an a 780

ive tried the s/w update but think the firmware needs sorting

will a null/usb cable allow me to update firmware?

yes you can flash using null modem cable, but you dont need 4 posts to ask one question.. ;)
