Ok, so you have a 8gb usb stick which is 2% used.

Here are the commands without code quotes


init 4
mv /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins /media/usb
ln -s /media/usb/Plugins /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins
init 3


Or, as mentioned by Ferret, you could use FlashExpender/Plugin Mover and move certain plugins.

Please make a full image backup first so if anything goes wrong you can re-flash again.
