iPhone Does an iphone 4s have the capability to do the long stretch photo on the advert?

My wife wanted an iphone 5 but they are too dear to buy out right and £46 on contract. The 4s however can be got for £29 on contract with the phone free. She has seen the advert with the long stretched photo on tv but i said im sure an iphone 4s could do it as it will be software based. Is that the case?

the 4 will do this with the right app also, probably the others aswell.

I've used this too, can take a little while to get used to.
