You can use these but probably wont get 4K content with them Netflix and Amazon only allow some devices to play/download the highest quality stuff.

Are they really downloaders or stream recorders?
When downloading, the quality should be the same everywhere. With a recorder, it depends on the codec used.

I use AnyStream it's good and fast but the customer ID is included in the stream.

streamfab and kigo both download for netflix and amazon or at least they did the last time i checked.
