Thats tosh that they are on poor wages, come on minimum wage is what everyone would get.. do you go and tip others that are on min wage like the guys in ASDA etc..

I tip if they give good service and its a proper restaurant, I don't mean a pub doing 2 for £10 you've obviously gone there for a cheap meal.

Thats just bad business then lol.. better of on the dole or what ever its called now. oh and I don't know many restraints that do self employed servers. And a taxi driver that doesn't do min wage is not working hard enough.

I've been in the catering trade all my life and I've never meet self employed penguins in any restaurant .
