Dm600 help

Just got hold of a dm600 and the remote does not seem to work.

I have checked everything I can think off.
Have changed image I have had the board out and had a look I can get a few functions of my old 500c remote but some of the buttons are mapped different. Had a look at ir emitter on remote through camera I can see it flash but very faint.

Does anybody know how to remap my old 500c so I can get most functions temp having to use the web remote to configure the box...

well been messing with this now today and found the following
..


a friends remote works fine on my box so i know rhats ok
the tv side works fine all so i can put my tv code in and the buttons work.

so still need to find out how to reprogram dream side can i just put a code in like tv side if so what is it or does it have to be reprogramed with the jp1 header?
