disbale emms 500c server

hi all, iv just added a client to my 500c server and when iv checked my cccam web browser iv received an emm from him, now from what iv read these should be disabled for now with these dodgy emm's getting sent out, so how do i do it, does it get put in cccam on my server, and whats the exact line i should put in, cant seem to find anything at a glance.

any help much appreciated!
