Difference in cards

can anyone explain to me why they are different and wat they would be used for

Just spent a few hours on the forums reading, Is the difference in the cards the amount of information they hold.

I understand that silver cards hold more info and are less likely of being ECM'D why is this.

You are right to say that a silver card will hold more information than a gold card. As they contain different chips. I have no experience of silver cards, but I would have thought that if you used the same hex. Then the silver would be no less susceptible to ECM’s than a gold card.

But I could be convinced otherwise <img src="biggrin.gif" border="0">
