Declaring a Scooter as SORN

i just remember the scooter in my back garden tax expired in Jan and i just SORN it now how much fine would i get?

If you have SORN'd it already you might be lucky and not get one but if you do it will be £80, but if you pay it quickly enough they will take £40

They give you two choices..... the fine is £80 but if you pay by a certain date its only £40 + the back tax
