Got my wii back with the d2c fitted, got all my backups working but having problems with Mario Galaxy. Is it safe for me to do the update from the disk? Can I update the version via Wii's website even though I have a modded Wii? Do/Can I need to install the latest update(s)?

Used the blocker program to patch the iso but the game would not play..

how about ntsc backups, can i play them? or do i need to patch them to PAL?

no need m8 u can get pal these days at the same time . nstc will only play your menu's up l think ..

as long as your installer connected jumper 2 on your d2ckey t
en you can play most ntsc games just fine, just check the compatiblity chart first to see if they work or require brickblocking, as if the game has a update on it and your wii's firmware is not upto date it could well brick your wii.
