but when im running call of duty 2 my temp shoots up to 70+ is there a way to set the speed of the cpu fan becasuse that is allways at 2500 and sound like it slows down i have 3 case fans all screwed in with the wires facing the chassis i do not know how to place these fans to cool my pc down properly

Looks like u need to upgrade your PSU, that lot must be draining it, what is the rating of your PSU needs to be 500W + m8

I think the standard intel fan always run at 2500rpm, just get your self a better fan/heatsink. You can set the cpu fan to always run on max speed in the bios settings. To set up your case fans, the fan at the front of the case should suck air into the case and the fans on the back should blow air out.
