copie games help

Can any 1 help with my question, my mate has a moded 360 and it wont play the copie games no more but it's playing the original 1's any advice.

well if it was modded a while ago chances are its got the old xtreme firmware so it wont play newer games which ixtreme firmware is needed,i could be wrong,or its just bad media
