Connecting to Wanadoo

When the connect box appears Login, password, etc... it has 16 dots in the Password box although when i joined Wanadoo i the password i choose only had 8 characters. it connects to the internet ok but i was just wondering what the reason is for this.

When windows saves the passwords.. it makes it seem it has more characters. No worries
