(credit to the original tutorials and the lads who wrote the tools etc)
First off, download these:

Unzip them and install tptpd and netsnmpand

Control Panel/ Programs and Feature/ Turn windows feature on or off/ enable Telnet Client (i did server as well, not sure if necessary?)

Connect up the Hub that your going to clone (apart from the cable feed)
Open network card properties, and in the ipv4, use the following IP address
192.168.100.10
255.255.255.0
192.168.100.1
192.168.100.1 for the DNS server

When the yellow triangle appears in the system tray, open browser and type 192.168.100.1 into address bar and enter.
Log into Hub (admin/ changeme) go to advanced settings and locate backup/ restore? and browse to the 480 r37 r30 downgrade folder, and select rev37.cfg
Click upload. Modem will reboot.

Wait till the yellow triangle appears in the system tray.
Open tftpd server and clock browse and direct it to the folder 480 r37 r30 downgrade.
Go to the VMDG Hub Tool folder and open the tool.
Click downgrade to R19

Once downgraded (may need another reboot?)
Next read the 3 keys and 2 certs one by one (you should see them appear in the Hub Tool Folder as they are being read)

Now you have the keys/ certs
Disconnect the Hub and connect up the one to be cloned.
Go through the process to get it downgraded to R19 (unless it already is)

On the Hub Tool, untick the box next to read certs and it will now say write certs.
Click them all one by one until their installed.
Enter the MAC of the one to be cloned into the box at he top separated by colons :
Underneath i unticked the 2 boxes (not really sure if necessary?)
Click configure Hub
Job Done!!!
