cline not clearing

hi guys i have just been given a test line but have entered it and nothing is clearing on tm600 latest ur image any ideas

did you restart the cam after placing the line in var/etc/ccam cfg file by ftp.
is your box connected ok to your router ok
in blue panel you can download ccam info to use via yellow button to check if the cline is connected to the server.
Have you set the correct cam to use
