i have been getting that one for must be over a year now maybe longer 2 of 3 every couple of months not had a ebay one for a long time though

I actually got three of these overnight: LLOYDS BANK; CITYBANK and PAYPAL I do not use any of them so scam was obvious but can see how some unsuspecting people are caught out as they have all the right logo's and terminology. Agree with everyone else if you do deal with the organisation contact them direct they will soon tell you. Also had mail shot telling me I need to send £60 + VAT to re-register with Data Protection as I am about to be fined £5000 for holding information on my computer. Looked genuine sent it to my Data Protection office without money of course heard no more. Buyer Beware look at Real Madrid and Woodgate if you want to see a real scam!!!

Just a wee point if the e-mail starts dear customer then its likely to be a fake as the real companies will use your name and know who they are sending to, just a point to bear in mind!
