Citroen relay van

had a phone call from a mate of mine saying his van keeps blowing fuses ,so after looking at it turns out the stop solenoid was the problem this would have been a quick fix but my mate after blowing 2 fuses came up with a plan

he swap the 15amp fuses for a 30amp fuse and then started driving the van as it was working great

after about 1 hour the van stopped working and that when he called me

now the hole F***** wiring loom in the engine bay needs to be replaced

lots of wires under the dashboard are melted so need to fix them

just got a price for the wiring loom for the engine bay as it melted the hole 6ft of it ,

this is the point where i lost it ,there would like £2700 for just the engine bay wiring loom...*******


f**** me for a 11 year old van ,how do there come up with a price like that

so now having to check out salvage yards looking for a loom

and all this shit is at mates rates ,free :-(

i need to find new mates..lol

I'll be one of those new mates, I'll even drive to you when I need anything done on the car. In fact I'll even pay for the parts, when should I call round for a full service ?
