Today I like to show , how to make a unique, taste, traditional Chinese recipe: fried chicken with lemon sauce.
In China, you know, chicken is the much loved food and is cooked in many ways, just think of the famous chicken with almonds or sweet and sour chicken.
To prepare the fried chicken, respecting the original Chinese recipe , we should cut the chicken into thin strips, because the Asian people when eat, use chopsticks , therefore need meat already cut in small pieces..
This is a very simple dish to prepare, not requiring the use of special ingredients, and may be accompanied by white rice or steamed vegetables.

Let's start, Ingredients: for 4/6 persons
* 5 chicken breasts
* Salt
* Pepper
* 1 teaspoon chili
* ½ cup white wine
* 3 eggs
* 2 tablespoons cornstarch
Olive Oil *
* Parsley
* Soy sauce
* 2 lemons

Preparation:
Cut the chicken into thin strips. In a bowl, mix together a tablespoon of cornstarch, chili, white wine, a bit 'of water, eggs, salt and pepper. Then put the strips of chicken in the mixture in the bowl and leave for half an hour.

Heat a bit 'of oil in a pan and then fry the chicken breast. than, place fried chicken on paper towels in order to make lose the excess oil and in the meantime, take charge of the lemon sauce. In a frying pan put the juice of 2 lemons, one tablespoon of cornstarch, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and soy sauce, mixed until became tick.
When the sauce is ready dip the chicken pieces fried flavor and leave for a minute. Serve hot garnished with lemon slices.
