The chicken with honey is a second ethnic dish really delicious.It's chicken nuggets fried in a batter made ​​with water, cornstarch and eggs which are then covered with a delicious sauce with honey and sprinkled with sesame seeds.
Know that the honey chicken is addictive and once tasted you will want to prepare it again and again and again.

Serve 4

Ingredients:

600 grams of chicken breast
1 egg
4 tablespoons of cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
120 ml of water
1/2 teaspoon salt

Ingredients for the sauce honey
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons grated ginger
3 tablespoons of honey
1 teaspoon salt
120 ml of water
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
2 teaspoons cornstarch

Method:

Prepare the batter by mixing in a bowl the egg, water, cornstarch, baking powder and salt.
Cover the batter with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Cut the chicken breast into cubes and plunge into the batter.
Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and once it is hot, you began to fry the chicken pieces.
Cook a couple of minutes and then lift them and put them on a plate covered with paper absorbent.
Cover the pieces of chicken with a lid to keep them warm and prepare the honey sauce.
Heat the oil in a work and soon will be 'boiling add the grated ginger and the' minced garlic.
