channels not working on cable

Hi i how can i get a channel to work on my ipab cable setup.
the channel is listed in the bouquets and in the reception list.
The channel is STV2

Yes i have added correct net id getting other channels

is it just a few channel your missing if so and your using an ipad image press menu go to setup service searching and advanced bouquets management and populate database should sort it

Hi Doom if that doesn't work it could be your server line in which case you'll need to contact your server supplier

Hi Doom i take it you've done all the usual checked all cables and and rebooted your internet let it fully load then reboot your box ....which channels are missing and i'll check against my own if possible add i few pics
