Skybox F5 Channels missing

i saw someone else had this bother in another post. i downloaded the most up to date channel list and its the same. am i missing something. is there something i need to change first. i even tried deleting the old channel list first. then reloading new channel list, restarted box still the same. confused. it worked fine last week.

Yes tried to update and got file mismatch, wonder how to sort it out Sky Sport 3 appears sometimes and not others all the movies have disappeared also

thats the exact same issue i have guys. weird one, it was working perfect last week. dunno whats happened.
