You have to update the channel listing manually, cant be auto updated

no it is all sky channels got a good signal but nothing else

you do have the necessary stuff to clear the subbed channels I take it mate

you get no pay channels at all ? Is the line in correctly ? have you contacted your provider to see if there are problems there end ?
