changing firmware 4200i

Ok..I've tried this a few times and every time I load the text in hyperterminal I get..

Attaching network interface lo0... done.
Loading...
Error loading file: errno = 0xd0003.

any ideas what this means?

I've discovered that the problem was my firewall!! however now I have a new problem. Everything seems fine in Hyperterminal but I can't access the 192 page!!

anyone else had this problem?

I've also noticed that I can't access this page with my working modem!!!
