Change channel list and setting to terrestial aerial to my area?

Hi Chaps,

Have just flashed a new image to my Alien 2 and cannot seem to find where to change the viewing area to my region for the aerial..
I have two satellites and a single terrestial aerial feed, that keeps defaulting back to cable(but cannot find any channels because i haven't got cable).

Any ideas would be appreciated?
